HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For standard U.S. orders, the processing time is up to 2 business days after the order is received. All orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Once shipped, delivery times and costs are as follows:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping (10–20 Business Days) — $5.49
  • Express & Insured U.S. Shipping (7–12 Business Days, priority handling + full insurance) — $14.98
  • Free U.S. Shipping — available on all orders over $50

International Orders

We also ship worldwide. International processing times are up to 4 business days, with delivery times varying by region:

  • Standard International Shipping (15–25 Business Days) — rates shown at checkout
  • Express International Shipping (10–18 Business Days, insured + priority) — rates shown at checkout
  • Free International Shipping — available on select promotions or minimum order values, when applicable

All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate the process, simply email us at info@clermontier.com with your order number and reason for return.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Email our team at info@clermontier.com with your order details. We’ll provide you with instructions and the return address. Please ensure the package is sent with a trackable shipping method.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

ORDERS & SUPPORT

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Contact us at info@clermontier.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Product Care

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PAJAMAS?

We recommend machine washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. To preserve softness and color, air drying is best. If you prefer using a dryer, choose a low-heat setting.

CAN I IRON OR STEAM MY PIECES?

Yes, use a low heat setting or a garment steamer. Avoid high heat to protect the fibers and keep the fabric soft.
