HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

At the moment, standard shipping starts from $9.99 for domestic orders and $12.99 for international orders. Express shipping options are also available at checkout where applicable.

We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders over $50.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days
  • International orders: 8 to 15 business days

Do you offer express shipping?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Clermontier ships to selected international destinations. Available shipping methods and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging included.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Do you offer free returns?

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How should I wash cotton pajamas?

Cotton styles are generally machine washable in cold water with like colors. For best results, tumble dry low or line dry.

How should I care for silky or satin-like styles?

Silky and satin-like fabrics should be handled with extra care. We recommend hand washing cold or using a delicate cycle, then hanging or laying flat to dry.

How should I care for loungewear?

Loungewear styles are generally machine washable in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry low or line dry to help preserve their shape and feel.

Can I iron or steam my pieces?
