If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or that are returned without their original packaging.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
