At Clermontier, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible.

Shipping is complimentary on all US orders, with no minimum purchase required.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and seasonal demand, but we always work to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days
  • International orders: 7 to 15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, or high-volume periods.

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, but we will always do our best to support you if any issue arises in transit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Clermontier cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate parcels depending on product availability or fulfillment logistics.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging included. To request a return, please contact our team and we will guide you through the next steps.
When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated US transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch; allow approximately 8–15 business days from ordering to arrival, including processing. International transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after processing. These are estimates; final delivery options are confirmed at checkout.
